Real AI Ludo Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 10, 2026
Developer/contact: Real AI Ludo team, support@realailudo.com. This policy is provided in English; the English version is authoritative.
Data we collect
- Player nickname and selected country flag when you play Online or Friends mode.
- Firebase anonymous user ID used for online rooms, matchmaking, fair dice, rankings, presence, and security.
- Gameplay data such as room code, seat, token style, dice/move actions, match results and ratings, connection status, and online presence.
- Preset quick-chat selections — the ready-made message or emoji you tap is shared with the other players in your current online room. Quick-chat is preset-only; you cannot type custom text. These selections are stored with the game room and deleted automatically when the room is cleaned up shortly after the match (normally within a day).
- Ad-related data when ads are shown, including IP address, app/ad interactions, diagnostics, and device or advertising identifiers handled by Google Mobile Ads for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention.
- Purchase-related data when you buy the Pro subscription through Google Play Billing.
- Device integrity signals — the app uses Google Play Integrity (through Firebase App Check) to confirm it is the genuine, unmodified app. Google processes device attestation data for this security check; it is not used to identify you or for advertising.
Optional account save/restore (Google)
You can play entirely as a guest. If you choose “Save with Google”, your Google account is linked to your player profile through Firebase Authentication so your rank, rating and Pro status can be restored on your devices. In that case Firebase stores your Google account identifier (such as the email address of the Google account you selected) with your player account. We use it only to sign you back into the same profile; it is not shown to other players and we do not use it for marketing. Deleting your data (below) also deletes this link.
How we use data
We use data to run gameplay, matchmaking, rooms, fair dice, rankings, fraud prevention, security, compliance, and app functionality.
AI opponent
The single-player AI opponent runs entirely on your device. It is a game engine, not a chat: it does not talk to you, and playing against it does not send your gameplay to a server.
Sharing
Data may be processed by service providers such as Firebase, Google Cloud, Cloudflare (online match relay), Google Play Billing, and Google Mobile Ads. We do not sell personal or sensitive user data.
Ads and consent
Real AI Ludo uses Google Mobile Ads to show a single banner ad during active gameplay only. Interstitial (full-screen) and rewarded ads are disabled. Google Mobile Ads may use IP address to estimate approximate location and may use advertising identifiers where available. In regions where privacy consent is required, the app may show a Google consent or privacy options form before requesting ads. The optional Pro subscription removes ads.
Retention and deletion
Local app data can be cleared from inside the app (menu → “Delete data”), which also requests deletion of your online identity. Online room data may be retained as needed for gameplay, security, legal compliance, and Google Play policy review. To request deletion of server-side data, visit Data deletion or contact support.
Children and safety
Real AI Ludo has only preset quick-chat — players tap ready-made messages and emojis. There is no free typing, no voice, and no video, so players cannot send custom text or talk to each other. Online play pairs you with other players for the board game only. Player names are screened and offensive names may be reset.
Your choices
- Use the offline AI, Computer or Pass N Play modes for fully offline games.
- Play as a guest — the Google account link is optional.
- Use device advertising ID controls in Android settings where available.
- Delete local data and your online identity from the in-app menu.
