Real AI Ludo Privacy Policy

Data we collect

• Player nickname and selected country flag when you play Online or Friends mode.
• Firebase anonymous user ID used for online rooms, matchmaking, fair dice, chat moderation, AI features, reports, presence, security, and abuse prevention.
• Gameplay data such as room code, seat, token style, dice/move actions, connection status, and online presence.
• In-app chat messages, AI chat prompts/replies, moderated or rewritten chat text, and report samples when moderation/reporting tools are used.
• Microphone audio for voice calls and camera video for video calls only during match calls. Real AI Ludo does not record calls.
• Ad-related data when ads are shown, including IP address, app/ad interactions, diagnostics, and device or advertising identifiers handled by Google Mobile Ads for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention.
• Purchase-related data only if Google Play Billing is enabled in the production build.

How we use data

We use data to run gameplay, matchmaking, rooms, chat, AI Fun replies, voice/video calls, fair dice, reporting/blocking, moderation, fraud prevention, security, compliance, and app functionality.

AI and moderation

AI features are processed through Firebase Cloud Functions and Google Cloud/Vertex AI. Chat moderation may rewrite unsafe typed messages into a safer version, warn the sender, and log safety events for review. AI replies can be reported in the app.

Voice and video calls

Camera and microphone permissions are optional and are requested only when you start or join a voice/video call. Live audio/video may be routed through WebRTC infrastructure to connect players. We do not intentionally record or store call audio/video.

Sharing

Data may be processed by service providers such as Firebase, Google Cloud, Vertex AI, Google Play Billing if enabled, Google Mobile Ads, and WebRTC/TURN connectivity providers. We do not sell personal or sensitive user data.

Ads and consent

Real AI Ludo uses Google Mobile Ads for banner ads. Google Mobile Ads may use IP address to estimate approximate location and may use advertising identifiers where available. In regions where privacy consent is required, the app may show a Google consent or privacy options form before requesting ads.

Retention and deletion

Local app data can be cleared from inside the app. Online room/chat/report data may be retained as needed for gameplay, abuse prevention, security, legal compliance, and Google Play policy review. To request deletion of server-side data, visit Data deletion or contact support.

Children and safety

Free-text chat, voice calls, and video calls are for players 18 or older. Users under 18 can still play and use quick preset messages. Users can report and block other players.

Your choices

• Use offline Computer or Pass N Play without online chat/calls.
• Do not grant camera/microphone permission if you do not want voice/video calls.
• Report/block abusive players.
• Use device advertising ID controls in Android settings where available.
• Delete local data from the in-app menu.
