Real AI Ludo Data Deletion

Delete data in the app

Open Real AI Ludo, tap the menu, then tap Delete data. This clears local saved name, flag, preferences, token style, settings, and local stats on that device. It also requests deletion of your online identity (including the optional Google account link, if you used “Save with Google”) and your server-side player data.

Request server-side deletion

Email support@realailudo.com with the subject Real AI Ludo data deletion request.

Include any details that help us find your data:

• In-game name.
• Country flag shown in the app.
• Room code, if you have it.
• Approximate date/time of play.
• Any Firebase/user ID shown by support builds, if available.

What may be retained

Some account and security records may be retained when needed for fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, and Google Play policy review.
