Real AI Ludo Data Deletion

Delete data in the app

Open Real AI Ludo, tap the menu, then tap Delete data. This clears local saved name, flag, gender preference, token style, settings, blocked users, age/guideline confirmations, and local stats on that device. If an anonymous Firebase identity is active, the app also requests deletion of that identity.

Email support@realailudo.com with the subject Real AI Ludo data deletion request.

Include any details that help us find your data:

• In-game name.
• Country flag shown in the app.
• Room code, if you have it.
• Approximate date/time of play.
• Any Firebase/user ID shown by support builds, if available.

What may be retained

Some safety records, abuse reports, moderation logs, and security records may be retained when needed for abuse prevention, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, and Google Play policy review.
